FOTD: Greens, Orange and Prints
Hello, Monday!
It is a tough, rollercoaster week ahead for me {and I am sure it is for you, too!} and as Lana del Rey says in her song with Jay Z, National Empire, "so put on your mascara and your party dress."
For this Monday, I'm sharing a glimpse of my inspiration, Katia Beauchamp of Birchbox.com. Some women are just brainy and fabulous at all times, yes?

Back to the topic at hand: I'd love to share with you a look I did last week when I was invited to the 30th anniversary of the very well known Facial Care Centre.

This photo was taken in the morning, before I threw on a blazer and worked first. For corporate girls like me, it helps to set the foundations of makeup in the morning if you have a date or event to go to at night. Sometimes, you never know what'll hold you back from intensifying your makeup at night. As a preventive measure for curious sometimes overbearing pakialamera officemates from asking you where's the party at, it's wise to wear black-rimmed glasses.

I decided to wear green on the eyes because I remembered FCC's signature color was green --- though I tend to look icky in green, I gave it a try and it didn't seem to look as bad!
Now, some snaps from the party, which was fun and exciting! About 10 girls won Php 15,000 worth of treatments, 10 won Charriol bracelets, one won Php 100,000 worth of treatments and a Chanel bag! It was exciting and sayang I didn't win but there's always next time!

The Women of Facial Care Centre. Yes, we went gaga over Dawn Zulueta.

Facial Care Centre's NJ Torres is looking {away from the camera} and incredibly fab in her two-bowed gown.

Bumped into a friend, Raymund, who's been doing FCC's shoots all these years. Congrats, Raymund!
Happy 30th anniversary, Facial Care Centre! It's a joy to be celebrating with you!
