Anne Curtis' #BLKtothe90s Party is My Dream Party
I now get it why back in the day, my parents would jam to the songs of the 70s every chance they got. It was because growing up, they would listen to the likes of Earth, Wind and Fire and all that. NOW, I am the one regressing back to the days I didn’t think about bills and responsibilities.
My friend and gal pal {yes, that was a Rachel Green reference} Sarah took me with her as her date to the BLKtothe90s party, Anne Curtis’ anniversary party at the Swatch building. We dressed up as best as we could if we could redo our 90s days: Sarah with her denim hot combo and me in my Guns and Roses bodysuit, a tutu and a fanny pack. Anne Curtis on the other hand, took a nod and paid homage to the icon of the 90s: Cher Horowitz of Clueless.
Guns N Roses Bodysuit: H&M
Tutu Skirt: Custom by Cheena Ng Lio
Fanny Pack: Rory & Sloan
I had the best time jamming to Third Eye Blind, Paula Cole and Mmmbop, all the hits of my youth. We ate candy from Candy Corner, played Dance Dance Revolution {I enjoyed so much Mike bought me Just Dance shortly after} and drank San Miguel Beer. We took photos of ourselves against neon backdrops, had a silent disco and played air hockey. There was a ball pit, too! All in all the best time!
BLK takes its spin to the 90s browns and muted shades
Congratulations again, Anne Curtis for your successful anniversary for BLK Cosmetics!
