Things I Love Sundays: Learning and Teaching
For half of the past week, I've been in a tizz. I'd been called by an organization to help teach a class on digital measurement for one full day. I didn't think I was going to do it this week but the schedule was Friday and I had no deck to show. I've worked myself to come up with something to talk about for 8 hours.
Digital Measurement is a big part of what I do at work and in my personal life. I am of the belief that if you truly want to improve things in your life, it needs to be measured and benchmarked, so you know where to improve. As much as I do believe in life KPIs, I also let go of some items and let them go unmeasured.
The best thing about teaching was that I ended up being the one who learns a lot, too! It's been a while since I've talked and answered a lot of questions -- it's just really a wonderful feeling!
In other news, I also went to Lagree this week, ate at La Chinesca and had my favorite Wildflour breakfast. Life is good! :)
Life is good, everyone! Hope you're having a moment, too and just marveling at how life is all good with food and family and people we love and an opportunity to share and be generous.
Happy Week Ahead!
