How come there is no Vogue Philippines?

No reason, really, why the question popped. It's just I never thought about it. Oh and probably after I've seen this on Vogue China.

Speaking of Vogue, the documentary "The September Issue" is bound to be released in US theaters August 28. Again, I am not quite sure if this will ever reach the Philippine shores but I'm crossing my fingers.
