FOTD: Glisten
"Anong meron?" asked my colleague as I bounded to her to ask for a couple of files I needed for work. I replied a nonchalant "Wala naman," but inside I was chuckling at myself -- it had been quite a while since I last wore eyeshadow makeup up to work. Most days, it's just light foundation and setting powder and Pink Nouveau. After all, I can never get used to people asking me what's up just because I have a full on makeup during meetings of the most boring kind.

From last year -- then I just kind of retained the look :D
Ever since I experimented a whole lot at the shu uemura class with a bunch of different, outrageous looks, I had this feeling that life is too short not to spend mornings doing my face and using all kinds of makeup brushes. I had thought that effort-ful {as opposed to effortless} makeup need not call for an event.
Now, sharing with you a look I did for one of those days when I would be knee deep with work BUT still needing to look fabulous. I hope.
