FOTD: Orange Juice
A corporate life can be incredibly boring for some. And the truth is, well, it can be, really. Sitting in front of your laptop and shuffling to mind-numbing meetings can be the death of many funemployed, freeelancing citizens of the Philippines.
And so we, corporate junkies, find ways to actually spark off fun into our daily routines, inject colors and make Herculean tasks better with something completely unrelated.
Like you know, eyeshadow.
We've all heard how this year's color is Pantone Tangerine Tango, right? I'm all for being on trend but somehow, I really look washed out and my coloring goes off in orange.
As my favorite blogger suggested, wear this instead in small doses and so I used just one color: the shu uemura orange eyeshadow from the Celestial Garden collection:

The fun thing about it was that I only had to use one color -- it was able to stand on its own and I did not need to contour. After all, my goal was the pop of color in my otherwise bare face. I think achieve naman! =)

Some tips when wearing crazy eyeshadows:
- Keep the other makeup elements to a minimum --- you don't want to look like a clown.
- Take a break from the atrocious office wear -- stay on one focus, your makeup.
- If anyone asks you where the party is -- respond and tell them it's in your head and they're not invited. Then smile.
Do you like orange eyeshadow, too?
