How to Get Over a Hump Day

If there's anything I can't forget from the multiple biographies I read of Audrey Hepburn, is that she was a big fan of massages. It was said that she had massages thrice a week! Now, I don't really do that, and only because I don't have the luxury of time. I wouldn't say no if I had the chance though.

However, I do get massages on a regular basis, mostly once a week, once in two weeks if I am not too tired or when my social calendar is packed. I cycle amongst home service {this is a nifty reference! Also, Spaholics is my favorite!}, and my BGC regulars, including Neo Day Spa. Last Wednesday, I was able to try out their new Zen Package, which marries a body scrub and a 90 minute massage.

I chose the Green Tea body scrub, because green tea :P And because it promised antioxidant properties and vitamins. For my massage, I chose Metal, which had apricot and peppermint and overall suited my scent needs. The total package costs PHP 2,950 which is a treat, since both scrub and massage are already factored in.

Overall: I've always been a fan of packages that has both the scrub and the massage in it. If you've never tried it, you should just enjoy the bliss of getting massaged after your skin have been scrubbed smooth. I just fell asleep in total relaxed oblivion to the world.

Tara's Tip: Don't forget to drink up on Neo Day Spa's Ginger Lemongrass tea in the reception area :) Yummy!

Neo Day Spa is located at the Ground Floor of Net One Center, 26th Street Corner 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You may call them at (02) 815-8233 to book your treatment.
