I feel like I’ve been away from beauty for so long that when I attended a local makeup brand launch — that is Vice Cosmetics {no, not the media company LOL}, and was so pleasantly surprised that the quality and color payoff of local lipsticks have elevated for less price! I first recognized this with Sunnies Face {I have all of the shades and I love them all} and happy to note that Vice Cosmetics is following suit. The brand launched earlier this year through a concert {by celebrity and brand name, Vice Ganda} and this year. Just before the year ends, Vice comes out with 8 new shades for all those parties left and right!
