Things I Love Sundays: Life's Teachers

“Whenever you’re ready, a teacher will appear,” is one of those things I vividly remember from starting a yoga practice over 10 years ago.

I am in a place that I’m learning so much — and with it comes a new humility of not knowing everything. But life is generous and everywhere, a teacher appears. It’s just not yoga but it’s all good and I’m filled with gratitude.
