Heroic Deed: A review of Snoe's Hair Heroes

Good, happy Black Saturday, ladies! xx

It's a Good Friday night as I type this --- and in Manila, the heat is unbearable, it's almost inhumane. I remember as kid, I couldn't even face the computer, or listen to a happy song, or watch anything other than Ten Commandments. Today, I had a marathon of Game of ThronesGrey's Anatomy and finally saw This Means War, after I've repented for sins and prayed, of course.

As I am home and getting all the rest I can {vacation is next week for me plus my family is coming home!}, here's a review I've been meaning to share with all of you, about a favorite find, inspired by my friends Sophie  and Jheng: The Snoe Hair Heroes Intense Argain Oil.

I'd been using this little treasure since January, when I first got it from online shopping siteShopinas. I was suffering from intense hairfall and I blame it on the dryness that my hair had been experiencing. I've seen my friends rave on and on about it so --- I got myself a bottle.

Your hair is your crowning glory.
Lavish your hair with Snoe’s Revolutionary 5-in-one Intense Argan Oil Moroccan Liquid Gold. This cleansing conditioner replaces shampoo, conditioner, deep conditioner, de-tangler, leave-on conditioner, and even shaving cream. For all hair types, 5-in-one is formulated to add moisture without weighing hair down. It effectively cleanses & hydrates hair without stripping or robbing it of its natural nutrients and oils. It has astonishing healing, conditioning, and anti-aging properties to keep your hair nourished and revitalized, to keep you looking beautiful.

What I Love about it:

  • During the first time I used it, I couldn't believe the luxury of spreading this product onto really dry hair. I've tried a handful of conditioners and this is yet to be the best, creamiest product I've ever tried. I think this may be due to the Morrocan Argan Oil in it.
  • Smells like coconuts and milk, which I love very much. I like my hair better when it smells like Hair Heroes which is only every other day.
  • Kira asked me if it weighs curls down and it doesn't -- at least with me.
  • The product is heavy enough in consistency to make me believe it's moisturizing. I am the kind of user who doesn't believe products can be moisturizing if they're too malabnaw.
  • No more hairfall! My hairfall has been caused by dryness and thankfully, together with other products, I'd been able to rescue and put a stop to the falling hair.
  • The packaging, the layout. Heroic, indeed!

What I Don't Like about it:

  • Dandruff. If I'm not too careful, I would end up with a scalp of dandruff because of the thickness of the formula. Because I love it a lot, I only use the product beginning the hair near my ears and onto the ends. Plus, I only use this every other day, alternating with Dove and Kerastase conditioners.
  • Takes a long time to rinse. Again, because of its moisturizing properties, it takes me a long time to wash it all off, considering I also have long hair.
  • Php 499 might be too steep --- however, it still is worth its price tag, again because of the argain oil. I know the price may be too much for a conditioner, but it is a good investment --- also, it works just as well used every other day.

Overall Recommendation:  I'd like to thank Snoe Hair Heroes for being the product that resurrected my super vulnerable hair. While there were the pitfalls as I've listed above, they were nothing compared to the softness and moisture my hair gets. While I believe there's a multitude of hair products out in the market right now, Hair Heroes zooms past to the top with its crazy moisturizing properties. I believe this product is bound to have a cult following for a long time.

Do I recommend it? Yes, very much.

Snoe Hair Heroes is available at all Snoe outlets {my fave is the one in Market! Market!} and online via Shopinas.
