Things I Love Sundays: Choices
Sometimes, while walking around my neighborhood, I wonder about things like, when and how do I know I want to start a family? How do I know I want a child? What if I never want to have a child? I still don't know the answers, to be honest. I think it's when you get face to face with life circumstances like death, the prospect of it and what we leave to the world -- we think about all these other things.
I think a lot about the future. Damn it, I think A LOT. I also thought of some things from my past and it's like I'm being sucked into a spiraling hole of missing parts of who I was some years ago.
On the beauty side of things, I am loving this shampoo and conditioner tandem that speaks Christian to me and also fixes some flaky situations.
Really happy that these babies are ALES, Paraben, SLES-free! Each bottle is about PHP 160 at Beauty MNL.
Places: I am a huge fan of hanging out and pubcrawls at Poblacion, Makati. You can find me here some nights, having a drink. Fave spots include: Polilya, Commune and Dulo.
Skincare: Big discovery with Happy Skin Oil Control Series. What a steal. I'm also loving Murad's Retinol Youth Renewal Eye Serum.
Cofficing. Fave spots in BGC: Single Origin, Slice and Shangri La.
Plants. I just bought my new baby, Mia, my watermelon peperomia, and so far --- it's still alive! I'm looking to get my new ones soon.
Book: Goodbye, Things by Fumio Sasaki.
Workout: Still F45, the best workout for me.
TV Shows: The Good Doctor is so good. And Jane the Virgin, and For the People and of course my OG medical drama, Grey's Anatomy and Netflix's Dynasty. Past faves are Queer Eye and Everything Sucks.
