Are You Photo Ready?
Not me. Not all the time at least.
The biggest blunder of having a technology so fast-paced is that mortals like us have to be ready at all times with that glowing, healthy flawless skin.
But life is not perfect all the time. Sometimes one wakes up with ugly blemishes, discolorations, worse, a zit (like I did two weeks ago and it's still on my cheek, damn!). Thankfully, with the advent of "Shoot whenever, wherever" photo and video gadgets, comes makeup that allows us mere mortals to look decent in every flash and every pixel we appear in.
I'd been lucky to be one of the first few people to have been able to test the three products from Revlon's PhotoReady Line and here are my thoughts about them:

Beauty Trend High Definition Makeup!I've been hearing about High Definition makeup [yes, just like TVs, there's one for make up, too] for probably more than a year now but the prices have always turned me off. For someone who doesn't make money for good looks, I'd have to control my investments on make up. It's a good thing that brands such as Revlon comes up with quality make up that is never over any one's budget.

Revlon PhotoReady Foundation in Nude
What Revlon says:
- Photochromatic pigments bend and diffuse light to help erase every flaw
- Complete yet undetectable coverage
- Soft luminous finish
- SPF 20
- In shades from light to deep
- Try with Revlon PhotoReady™ Powder or Translucent Finisher
- Oil Free, Fragrance free
- In this heat, I'm quite surprised my makeup did not melt ASAP in the morning when I applied it.
- True to its claim, the coverage was amazing, there was no streaking (meaning its consistency was just enough and not too runny).
- Packaging is real nice with the pump.
- No clumping whatsoever. My skin seems to absorb this foundation really well, too.
- I used my foundation brush when I applied makeup on my friend C but I always use my fingers on myself so I guess this product is very versatile in terms of application.
- Yes, there are glitters but they're hardly visible so you definitely won't look like a Can Can dancer.
- Didn't turn dark on me, yay!
- Despite the SPF on it. the photos don't give a white cast.
- Doesn't feel heavy at all.
- Less than Php 1,000 for its SRP [Php 925.00]
- Available in five shades: Shell, Nude, Natural Beige, Medium Beige, Cool Beige at all Watson's branches.
